About Me
My work centers on human-centered strategy for technology-enabled experiences. I turn what we learn about customers into clear product and experience decisions, helping teams move from abstract ideas to thoughtful solutions people can actually use.
From abstract ideas to thoughtful solutions people can actually use.
Throughout my career at Disney and Accenture, I’ve worked across product strategy, digital transformation, marketing, analytics, and customer experience.
Today, I shape guest-facing resort technology products at Disney Experiences. I bring business, design, and technology teams together around a shared direction, using research, data, storytelling, and systems thinking to make innovative ideas real.
I’m especially interested in experiences that extend beyond a screen. Travel, hospitality, retail, entertainment, and live events fascinate me because every touchpoint contributes to how someone feels.
That interest also shapes who I am outside of work. I love reading books, watching television and film, exploring new places, and planning events.
I’m constantly noticing how stories are structured, how environments influence behavior, and why certain experiences stay with us long after they end.
The digital product matters, but so do the physical environment, the service, the story, and all the small details connecting them.
Ultimately, I want to shape products, spaces, and experiences that embody those qualities. My approach brings together strategy, human behavior, technology, and creativity to make complex ideas feel clear, cohesive, and real.
